The Think Big Program
THINK BIG is part of the Caterpillar Dealer Academy program, an exclusive program by and for Caterpillar dealerships.
This program helps you to delevop the skills you'll need to diagnose and repair tractors, trucks, graders, excavators and many other machines in the Caterpillar line-up. You'll work with the latest diagnostic tools, current machines and components as you complete your lab assignments. Upon completion of the program, you'll earn an Associates of Applied Science degree from Florence-Darlington Technical college located in Florence, South Carolina. As a bonus, you will also earn while you learn, by completeling four paid internships at a Blanchard dealership.
It is advised that you begin your application process the spring before your high school graduation to allow processing time for financial aid packages, identification of preparatory class needs, sponsorship acquisition and etc.
