Terms & Conditions 

*Promotional price of $250 applies to one (1) qualifying compact equipment engine oil service per customer performed at a participating Cat Compact service department location and is subject to applicable taxes. Engine oil service includes draining existing engine oil, replacing the engine oil filter, and refilling the engine with new engine oil. 

Offer valid June 29, 2026 through August 31, 2026. Offer is limited to one-time use per customer and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, promotion, or Customer Value Agreement (CVA). Machines covered under an active CVA are not eligible for this promotion. 

Offer valid only at participating Cat Compact service department locations in Greenville, SC and Spartanburg, SC. 

Equipment must be serviced at the participating Cat Compact service department locations in Greenville, SC or Spartanburg, SC. This promotion does not include field service, pickup and delivery, transportation, hauling, or onsite service. Customer is responsible for transporting equipment to and from the participating service location unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Blanchard Machinery. Additional charges may apply for any requested transportation or support services. 

Offer applies to qualifying compact equipment only. Service availability is subject to machine make, model, condition, accessibility, serviceability, and parts availability. Blanchard Machinery reserves the right to decline service on any machine that is unsafe, modified from original specifications, improperly maintained, inaccessible for service, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for participation in this promotion. 

Service may include the use of Genuine Cat® oils, filters, and maintenance products where applicable. For non-Caterpillar equipment, Blanchard Machinery may utilize equivalent aftermarket filters, fluids, or maintenance components that meet applicable specifications when Genuine Cat® parts are not available, compatible, or appropriate for the machine being serviced. Parts, filters, fluids, and maintenance components used during service will be selected at the sole discretion of Blanchard Machinery based on equipment requirements, compatibility, availability, and service needs. 

Additional charges may apply for non-standard oil capacities, specialty oils or fluids, additional filters, environmental fees, damaged or seized components, repairs, travel, oversized equipment, diagnostic services, or services beyond a standard engine oil service. 

This promotion does not include diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, adjustments, warranty work, replacement of non-engine oil filters, or correction of existing machine defects. Any recommended repairs or maintenance identified during service will be communicated to the customer and require separate authorization and payment. 

Customer is responsible for providing accurate machine make, model, and serial number information when scheduling service. Blanchard Machinery makes no representation or warranty that participation in this promotion satisfies manufacturer-recommended maintenance requirements for any non-Caterpillar equipment.
