WHAT IT MEANS

Every piece of equipment must pass our rigorous & detailed inspection to be deemed “Blanchard Tech Inspected”.

  • Machines must qualify for a Cat Insurance Extended Protection Plan (EPP)
  • The qualifications for an EPP include:
    • Compact equipment (over 5 years old)
    • Construction equipment (over 7 years old)
    • Paving and mining equipment (over 7 years old)

WHAT WE DO

We don’t just check the oil and kick the tires. We perform a full 140-point inspection for each piece of machinery that comes through our shop. This includes inspecting the following:

  • Engine monitoring
  • Conditional Hydraulics
  • Control Hydraulics
  • Electrical system
  • Starting system
  • Charging system
  • G.E.T. wear
