Think Big Program

Home . About Us . Careers . Think Big Program

Blanchard Machinery Company, in conjunction with the Caterpillar dealers of North Carolina and Florence-Darlington Technical College, has developed the Caterpillar Dealer Academy (CDA) to train individuals in our specific service needs. The CDA is a cooperative two-year college-level student technician education program. Upon graduation, you will receive an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a major in Caterpillar Service Technology.

As a Blanchard Service Technician, you will work on some of the most advanced and hardest working machines in the world. You will be a highly skilled, technically trained, in-demand member of the worldwide Cat Dealer family. This ThinkBIG program combines classroom and hands-on learning. No more sitting in class wondering if you’re going to use what is being taught in the real world. You’ll get to use what you’ve learned and you’ll know why it’s important. As you develop your skills and experience, you will also have opportunities to advance into new jobs at Blanchard Machinery.
