That’s why we’re introducing a new level of support through our service agreements – a bold, clearly defined promise to keep your machines running reliably, with the parts and service you need, exactly when you need them. In the event our Service Guarantee is not met, Elite Customer Value Agreement (CVA) holders in the Upstate are provided with a similar courtesy machine, allowing them to get Back to Work in 24 Hours.*

 

Exclusively available for equipment with a Customer Value Agreement (CVA), Blanchard’s Uptime Advantage allows you to stay in control of your schedule, your budget, and your uptime. Whether you perform your own maintenance or rely on Blanchard for service, we’ll honor it.

 

* Courtesy Fleet Access is excluisively available to customers in Greenville (SC) and Spartanburg (SC) Counties with an Elite Plan Customer Value Agreement (CVA) in the event Service Response Guarantee is not met. Customers must also have signed Digital Authorization and a registered VisionLink account. Eligible models currently include 303.5, 304-306, 255, 265, and 275.
